How can we help:
In every case we undertake where a client is facing potential imprisonment we examine the prosecution engineering and
scientific evidence with utmost scrutiny. We adopt the principle of accept nothing, assume nothing, and test everything.
We never blindly accept any evidence, regardless of its apparent stature: we examine every aspect of the scientific and
engineering evidence to assess its integrity, and where it does not meet the high standards required of a Crown Court we will
so advise.
If analytical methods are unsound, or conclusions weak, then we will illustrate the failings in the prosecution papers.
We will advise where unsuitable test procedures have been used, and suggest what tests could or should be used.
The same high standards of proof and investigation required in Crown cases is also utilised in all cases that we undertake,
be this in a civil action or a Magistrates' Court case.
All reports are supplemented, as necessary, with high quality exibits.
